At Iwriters.net, we strive to deliver top-quality writing services—covering academic help, business content, creative writing, and more. This policy ensures your payments are protected if services aren’t delivered as expected.

By placing an order, you agree to these refund terms. All formal requests must be submitted via your Client Portal.

100% Refund

Full refunds are issued if we fail to deliver your service or if a duplicate payment is detected.

Partial / No Refund

You may cancel within 1 hour for a full refund. To cancel, email support@iwriters.net with your Order ID.

After 1 hour, refunds range from 50% to none, depending on work already completed.
No refunds for orders with pending partial payments.
No refunds if deadline ≤ 72 hrs at time of order confirmation.
No refunds for out-of-scope modifications or extensive revisions.
No refunds after 30 days of delivery.
No refunds on QA Library or pre-completed content purchases.

Missed Deadlines

If we miss your agreed deadline (excluding delays caused by missing client materials), you’ll receive a discount on your next order or additional value added to the current one.

Service Not as Described

If your order isn’t as specified, explain the issues in detail via your dashboard. We’ll investigate and either revise or approve a refund based on the findings.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee academic grades, business outcomes, or other performance results. Our materials are reference drafts for learning and use as agreed—they’re not ready-to-submit work without your review.

Pre-Completed Content & QA Library

Non-refundable reference guides, pre-written articles, and study materials.
Delivered within 1–8 hours; no customization or revisions included.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 1–7 business days. We’re not liable for bank transfer fees or any third-party delays.
